Gujarat HSC Result 2024: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, GSHSEB will declare the Gujarat HSC 12th Science Result 2024 on May 09 at 9:00 AM. Once announced, candidates who appeared for the Class 12 Science Stream exam can check and download their scorecard from the official website at gseb.org.
The Gujarat Board (HSC) Exam 2024 saw 4,77,392 students appear for the exams.The total number of students who appeared for the Gujarat Board Exams (including SSC and HSC) this year was 1,212,290. Last year, the pass percentage for girls was 80.39% and 67.03% for boys. The official announcement of the pass percentage for this year’s HSC exam is expected tomorrow.

Step 3. A new login page will open, enter your roll number and other details
Step 4. Your Class 12 science result will appear on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the result for the future reference

Passing criteria

To pass the Gujarat HSC Science exam, a student needs to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject, including both theory and practical exams. This applies to both individual subjects and the overall score.
Here’s a breakdown of the passing criteria:

  • Minimum marks per subject: 33% in theory and practical exams (separately)
  • Minimum overall marks: 33%

Gujarat HSC Result 2023 – Science Stream

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) announced the results for the Class 12 Science stream on May 2, 2023. The exams were held between March 14 and March 28, 2023. A total of 109,000 students appeared for the exam. Here’s a breakdown of the test takers:

  • Approximately 40,000 students took the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Math) combination.
  • Approximately 59,000 students took the PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) combination.
  • The pass percentage of the boys was slightly more than that of the girls. The pass percentage for girls was 64.66%, and for boys, it was 66.32%.

The pass percentage for the science stream in 2023 was 65.58%, a decrease of 6.64% from 2022 (72.02%).
